Solutions to Grow was founded by Rick Mull, an entrepreneur and business leader with nearly 40 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, operations, market expansion, and organizational growth.

Rick has started and owned businesses, helped companies enter new markets, and built sales organizations generating more than $50 million in recurring revenue. Across that work, he has seen how much progress begins with identifying the right issue to address.
