After decades of building and implementing infrastructure and systems, it became clear to me that many brilliant small business owners are stalled by chaos—trapped in the "Chief Firefighter" role, unable to unlock the value they envisioned and worked so hard to achieve. 

I am a hands-on Fractional COO / Operations Partner, dedicated to refining systems, stabilizing cash flow, and preparing companies for high-level scaling or a lucrative exit.
